We provide advice and representation to all allied health professionals in relation to their dealings with AHPRA, including:
- Where a notification has been made about you: we can provide you with advice and assistance and representation in relation to responding, and right through any investigation or disciplinary processes;
- Where you have received a show-cause notice: we can provide you with advice and assistance and representation in relation to responding, and through the subsequent process;
- If you have issues with your registration, we can advise you and assist.
- If you are facing disciplinary action, we can advise and represent you and assist by corresponding with AHPRA on your behalf.
Fee arrangements for health regulation matters will be discussed with you at our appointment.
