- Advising pastoral lease owners on the relationship between pastoral rights and native title rights that exist over pastoral land
- Acting for Pastoral Lease owners in the majority of determinations of native title over pastoral properties to occur in the Territory to date
Aboriginal Sacred Sites and Heritage Sites
- Advising landowners on access issues with Aboriginal sacred sites under the Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Act
- Advising on issues with the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority (AAPA)
- Assisting landowners with access issues with heritage sites under the Heritage Act (NT)
Advice on Regulation
- Advising pastoral lease owners on the regulatory requirements under key Northern Territory legislation including Pastoral Land Act and the Livestock Act
- Acting for foreign owned entities with the requirements of the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) under the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act (Cth)
- Advice on the Fisheries Act (NT) and access to waters
- Advice on issues under Crown Lands Act (NT)
- Advice and assistance in dealing with cattle brands
