Health practitioner / regulation matters

We provide advice and representation to all allied health professionals in relation to their dealings with AHPRA, including:

• Where a notification has been made about you: we can provide you with advice and assistance and representation in relation to responding, and right through any investigation or disciplinary processes;
• Where you have received a show-cause notice: we can provide you with advice and assistance and representation in relation to responding, and through the subsequent process;
• If you have issues with your registration, we can advise you and assist.
• If you are facing disciplinary action, we can advise and represent you and assist by corresponding with AHPRA on your behalf.
